Comfortable bed in a spacious room.

Our stay was a complete nightmare from the start. Not only did they mess up our reservations, but they also refused to acknowledge their error. We were left with no solution or refund despite the chaos caused by their complete lack of communication.

The location was amazing with a stunning view of the mountains from our Family Suite. We had the luxury of watching both sunset and sunrise right from our room. The staff were really accommodating and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. However, the phone in our room did not work, which was a bit inconvenient.

The area is well-located for easy access to local attractions, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. Breakfast offered nice fruit, but lacked variety in hot options, which was slightly disappointing. Steep slopes accessing our room might be challenging for some.

It was just a strong match for a quick stopover in Monteverde with attractive and competitive value for money. The remolded bathrooms with elegant sinks were a nice touch. Bring your own coffee for breakfast.

I loved the spectacular views from my room, especially during sunset—the mountains were breathtaking! The room was spacious and clean, with a wonderfully large bed and shower. Although the uphill walk to the reception can be tiring, the friendly staff was always ready to assist with rides up. One area for improvement would be the WiFi availability. it would be great to access it from the rooms instead of only in the lobby.

This place suits me perfectly! I appreciate the free wi-fi, friendly staff, and cozy bar/lounge area. They even helped with a morning wake-up call during my first stay. I’ll definitely return soon!

Great hillside location with spacious rooms. The Heliconias Superior room had a lovely balcony view of the valley. Enjoyed the large, clean room with a massive comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Breakfast was simple yet tasty, serving fresh fruit and good coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

The Heliconia has charming wooden decor and is immaculately kept. It was easy to navigate around the premises, allowing me and my friends to enjoy our time without the stress of stairs or steep paths.
